THE BRAND & THE CHALLENGE

Extract Craft designs kitchen appliances for extracting essential oils for  concentrates, gummies, bath bombs, and other creations. 

 When they came to us, their primary advertising challenge lay in scaling sales and ROAS despite product price increases.

THE STRATEGY

When Extract Craft raised their product pricing, the account saw about a 50% decrease in sales. To counteract this, we focused on ways to show increased value for the products as a way to justify the price increase to customers. This included more thorough product descriptions, videos, social proof, and testimonials. 

We also adjusted our bidding strategy to obtain as much value possible per conversion, and developed targeted email marketing systems to generate more sales from returning customers. 

THE RESULTS

  • Revenue: +74%

  • Sales: +22%

  • ROAS: +52%

​In a month, we were able to grow ROAS 52%, sales by 22%, and revenue by 74%, despite the price increases.
