We may also give you the option to upload a profile picture for your portal or workspace.

We’ll never sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes, and we’ll never use your name, logo, or company publicly without your explicit consent.

Billing Information

When you purchase a paid R2G Digital service, you’ll be asked to provide billing details.
Credit card information is processed securely by our payment provider and never stored on R2G Digital servers.

We keep:

• Your billing address
• Transaction records (including the last 4 digits of your card)

This helps us manage invoicing, detect fraud, and maintain account history. Occasionally, aggregated billing data helps us guide business decisions — never individual details.

Service Interactions

We store the content and data you choose to upload — for example:

• Creative assets
• Analytics reports
• Audit submissions
• Call recordings or coaching materials

This ensures your account and deliverables function as intended. If you close your account, all associated data will be deleted within 60 days.

Geolocation Data

We log IP addresses at signup and login for security, fraud prevention, and spam detection. These logs are kept as long as your account is active.

Website Interactions

When you visit our websites (like r2gdigital.com or growthos.r2gdigital.com), we collect standard web analytics data such as:

• Browser type, OS, and device

• Pages visited and load times
• Referral sources

We use this data for analytics, optimization, and conversion testing to improve our user experience.

We receive only the resulting “spam score,” not the raw behavioral data.

R2G Digital may send transactional or service-related SMS messages (e.g., reminders, verification codes).
We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes.
