Soul of Adventure is an outdoor accessory and apparel brand that promotes the spirit of adventure, last-minute trips, and outdoor sports. Their eye-catching designs protect you from the sun, wind, rain, and snow. Soul of Adventure was already a powerful force in the e-commerce world before partnering with us, and we were able to grow their presence and revenue even more.

OUR STRATEGY & RESULTS

The challenge here was not taking the account from 0 to 1, as with many other clients, but to take it from 100 to 1000. The biggest opportunity we found here was a chance to beef up their retention tactics to increase LTV from some of SA’s biggest brand enthusiasts.

The primary focus here was to generate revenue as soon as possible while main- taining and growing email and sms lists. 

 

By developing a full-funnel approach,

we were able to create a comprehensive retention plan tailored to wherever a customer may be in the purchasing journey. This means that someone unfamiliar with SA’s brand would receive different messaging than someone who

is a brand enthusiast and purchases often. By pinpointing where a customer was in their journey and sending them messaging most relevant to their purchasing objections, R2G was able scale email retention to 6 monthly figures. 

 

Within three months, R2G was able to scale email marketing efforts from $50k to $191k/month.
